The Total no. of bricks for single skin wall = 37 × 60 + 10% = 2220 + 10% of 2220 = 2220 + 222 = 2442, round to Nealy 2450 nos bricks.

The Total no. of bricks for double skin wall = 37 × 120 + 10% = 4440 + 10% of 4440 = 4440 + 444 = 4884, round to Nealy 4900 nos bricks.

For a 10×12 feet room (120 sq ft), you will need 2450 nos bricks to make a single skin brick wall. If you want to make double skin wall, then you would need approximately 4900 nos bricks for a 10×12 foot room.
